Service Description

Join me for a blissful Friday evening class to help you unwind at the end of a busy week. Each class starts with a short meditation to help you feel centred and grounded, and is followed by blend of traditional Yoga Asana (postures) and mindful movement, designed to help you release tension from the body, calm your mind, and reconnect to yourself. Leave feeling nourished, relaxed, and with a renewed sense of peace as you head in to the weekend.
