Each class blends down-to-earth yogic wisdom, slow yoga asana (postures) & mindful movement, guided meditation & pranayama (breathwork), with a cosy, deep relaxation practice to close. Suitable for more experienced yogis and beginners alike. £11 per class or choose a class pass.
