Join me every Tuesday evening 7:30-8:30pm (U.K. time) for a nourishing & relaxing slow yoga class. In-person at Uckfield Yoga Studio for local folks & online via Zoom to wherever you are.

My style is slow, relaxed, & heart-centred. I aim to create a nurturing space for you to explore your practice, calm your mind, rest your nervous system, & feel at home in your beautiful body.

Each class blends slow yoga asana flow with mindful movement, breath awareness & moments of guided meditation. Super slow & deep… a perfect class for stress-relief & to feel renewed - mind, body & soul.
