Hi, I’m Laura. I’m a yoga teacher, from East Sussex, UK.


 I am passionate about sharing a holistic approach to Yoga, blending Asana (postures), mindful movement, Pranayama & breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation, as well as down-to-earth yogic philosophy for daily life.


My offerings aim to support you to nurture a deeper connection to your yoga practice and to yourself - mind, body & soul.

My classes are for you if…

  • You're looking for a nourishing way to connect to your body, breath, and move with awareness.

  • You feel like you've lost a sense of connection to yourself in the noise and bustle of daily life.

  • You've tried yoga classes before but found them too fast or competitive - you're looking for something slower, supportive & personal.

  • You want to nurture a connection to yoga that is meaningful to you, and cultivate an enriching & empowering practice - both on & off the mat.

  • You're drawn to integrating timeless yogic practices & wisdom into the unique rhythm of your life.
